Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return and exchange policy?

We’re committed to your satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange an order, you can request it within 14 days from the delivery date.

What are the conditions for returns and exchanges?

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be in their original condition.
  • Products must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original protective packaging.

Equorla reserves the right to decline returns of used items or those not in their original packaging.

How can I request a return?
  1. Submit a return request: Complete the return form online or email us at Care@Equorla.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Arrange a pickup: We’ll arrange a pickup with an additional shipping fee based on your location. It may take up to 10 days for us to receive your return.
  3. Receive your refund: After our quality department accepts your return, we’ll issue your refund (excluding shipping fees) to your bank account. Refund processing may take 2–10 business days.
What happens if my returned item doesn’t meet the conditions?

If your returned item does not meet our policy conditions, it will be sent back to you, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
