Return & Exchange
We're committed to your satisfaction.if you wish to return or exchange your order, you can send us a request within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return and exchange requests are subject to the following conditions:
* Returned products must be in their original condition.
* Returned products should be Unworn, undamaged, and unwashed and Returned with all tags and labels
* Your returned product should be returned in the same original protective packaging
Exchanges:
Once your returned order is accepted, we will
process your new requested placed order.
Equorla reserves the right to decline returns of items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure returned items are unused and in their original packaging. If not, the item will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
1- Please request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply complete the return form online or email us your request at
Care@Equorla.com.
2- A pick up will be arranged with an additional shipping fee depending on your location. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for us to receive your return.
3-Once your return is accepted at our quality department, your refund will be issued to your bank account. (Excluding shipping fees). Refunds can take between 2-10 business days.
